From today, Sky is offering new TV customers 30% off TV plans, including ones with Sky Sports and Sky Cinema add-ons.

With summer coming to a close, and longer nights drawing in, it’s probably fair to say that TV is going to become a lot more important to many of us over the next few months.

With this in mind, it’s worth taking a look at all of the offers out there, as most providers will offer new customers discount for a set period of time.

This new offer from Sky gives new TV customers 30% TV plans for the first year of their contract, which represents a significant saving over the 12 months.

For example, Sky’s Original TV bundle is reduced from €29.50 to €20.65 per month, saving customers over €100 in year 1.

The Variety TV bundle, meanwhile, will go from €39 per month down to €27.30 for the duration of the offer - representing a €140 saving over 12 months.

Prices for adding on Sky Sports or Sky Cinema are as follows:

  • Original TV bundle + Sky Cinema will cost €40.25 per month;
  • Original TV bundle + Sky Sports will be €46.90 per month;
  • Variety TV bundle + Sky Cinema will cost €46.90 per month; and
  • Variety TV bundle + Sky Sports will be €53.55 per month.

Remember, this offer is only valid for a short time, and finishes up on 8 September, so if you’re interested in availing of it, you’ll need to act fast.
