Nominees announced for 2019 Switcher.ie Awards

For the second year in a row the awards will include categories across both the broadband and mobiles industries.

The 6th annual Switcher.ie Awards are only a few weeks away, with the much anticipated event taking place on 21 February 2019 at The Marker Hotel in Dublin.

The aim of the awards is to help consumers make better-informed buying decisions, by giving them independent feedback on things like the value, speed and customer service available from providers.

The awards are judged using a mix of in-depth consumer surveys, independent speed tests, customer ratings and an expert judging panel.

Rewarding excellence and helping consumers make informed buying decisions

You can already run a free comparison for broadband and TV and SIM-only mobile deals on Switcher.ie to help you find the best product for you at the best price.

Couple this with the Switcher.ie Awards, which use actual customer feedback to determine the winners across many categories, and consumers will be better informed to make better buying decisions. The awards highlight what people like you think of their provider’s performance across areas like technical support, customer service and TV.

“The Switcher.ie Awards lend a helping hand by showcasing the best providers and products on the market.”

Switcher.ie’s Managing Director, Eoin Clarke, said: “Not only do these annual awards provide important information to help people make more informed buying decisions, they also give them the chance to learn from other consumers experiences with the different providers and products on the market.

He also added: “As the first awards of their kind in Ireland that give customers a real voice, it’s great to see them enter their 6th year and continue to recognise excellence within the telecoms industry.”
