UPC has said it plans to continue making improvements as its New Year’s resolution for 2014 and has already altered some of its services to do just that.

The company’s My UPC service has been transformed, with plenty of additional features added to it and customers will only need their account number in order to access it.

It means updating information can be done with just a few clicks and customers will be able to track their usage and check payments, as well as altering their payment methods should they wish to. UPC has also made it possible to add premiums and activate applications via the online system, while there is also a whole host of additional content on My UPC to enhance customer experience.

The total number of UPC channels has also increased, with 11 new channels added to TV packages, of which three are in high definition.

Discovery Quest, Cartoonito, Challenge, Sky LivingIt and TCM+1 are just some of the UPC channels to be added, although their availability will depend on which specific TV package a customer subscribes to. In addition to that, the three HD channels – UTV HD, Fox HD and RTE1 HD – have been added to the already impressive list of high definition channels on UPC.

Meanwhile, the company’s Twitter and help desk services continue to provide help and guidance to those who require it.
