Virgin Mobile will offer the iPhone X 64GB from 3 November
There are a variety of payment options available.
It was one of the most talked-about product launches of the year, and now the iPhone X is almost here.
Signing up to a Virgin Mobile plan with the iPhone X 64GB
This morning, Virgin Mobile will be offering the Apple iPhone X 64GB from next Friday, 3 November.
The phone won’t come cheap - but existing Virgin Media customers will get an introductory discount, and Virgin Mobile customers will have the ability to upgrade from their current plan also. The pricing starts as follows:
- Existing Virgin Media customers will pay €499 upfront, followed by €50 per month for the first 6 months and €60 thereafter on a 24-month contract.
- Existing Virgin Mobile customers can upgrade by paying €499 upfront and €30 per month on top of their monthly plan.
- New customers will pay €499 upfront and €60 per month thereafter on a 24-month contract.
Virgin Mobile will have the Apple iPhone X 64GB in two colours - silver and space grey.
Buying the iPhone X 64GB outright
If you don’t want to be tied into a contract, you could buy the phone outright, and opt for a SIM-only mobile plan.
The 64GB model will set you back €1,179 and if you opt for an unlimited SIM-only plan you’ll be looking at paying somewhere in the region of €25 per month for the plan - so if you can afford to buy the handset without paying it back as part of a contract, you could save in the long-run.
And you’d save even more by opting for a more basic SIM-only deal, as these start from as low as €7 per month.
