  • Red Family Terms & Conditions

    Customers who have one Fixed Broadband subscription and 2+ Bill Pay subscriptions will receive a €20 discount on their account. The discount will come off the 3rd - 6th line on the account (up to 6 permitted). Mobile Broadband is not eligible for this discount.  

  • Annual Price Adjustment

    If you are a new, upgrading or re-contracting customer on or after 31st January 2023 with a minimum term of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months, your agreement will be subject to an annual price adjustment in April of each year.

Vodafone customers will see an increase in their monthly price plan from April each year. This price increase to their monthly price plan charge will be based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI), published in the previous January, plus an additional 3% based on the ongoing investments Vodafone make in their mobile and fixed networks, products, and services.
