The iPhone 12 range, went on sale in October 2020 and all handsets are 5G, boast a powerful A14 Bionic chip and have the new flat-edge, classic design.

The iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max offer LiDAR scanner tech which breaks new ground for handheld augmented reality to improve gaming, apps and low light photography.

iPhone SE

The iPhone SE is the second generation iPhone SE and was released in April 2020.

Despite the low cost, Apple’s budget device, the iPhone SE is powered by iPhone 11’s superfast A13 Bionic chip. It’s now available from just €499 on Apple’s website but if you need more memory, the 256GB retails at €669.

The iPhone 11 range was released in September 2019 and there are three phones in the series, although only the standard iPhone 11 is still on sale in Ireland:

Can I still get the iPhone 8 in Ireland?

No, you can’t get a brand new iPhone 8 on bill pay, but Tesco Mobile is now offering refurbished iPhone 8s with a bill pay deal.

Do the latest iPhones come with free AirPods?

No, the iPhone 11, 12 and 13 range do not come with AirPods. You’ll need to use your existing headphones or purchase some new ones. Most wireless headphones or earbuds will be compatible with your iPhone.

How do I clear the cache on my iPhone?

To clear the cache on your iPhone you need to:

  1. Open the settings app
  2. Scroll down and tap on Safari
  3. Scroll down through the menu and tap on Clear history and website data
