eir introduces 'Tech-Friendly Tuesdays' in 12 stores
This could help if you need some help with your tech.
Earlier this week, eir announced that it has introduced ‘Tech-Friendly Tuesdays’ in 12 of its stores across the country, which is good news if you feel like you can’t keep up with technology or have questions about the devices you use.
Basically, on Tech-Friendly Tuesdays you can get dedicated one-to-one support from eir’s retail agents for things like:
- setting up your new phone;
- connecting to WiFi;
- downloading apps;
- taking, saving and sharing photos;
- chatting to family and friends on online; or
- getting to grips with email and social media.
All you need to do is call your local store - or drop in - and make an appointment. You can book any time between 9 and 11am on any Tuesday. Once your appointment is confirmed, you just need to head back to the store at your allocated date and time.
The service is available at the following stores, so if you think you could use some help, see if one of these suits you and call them to make an appointment…
