Virgin Media TV packages and bundles

Virgin Media has a variety of TV packages that offer broadband and TV as a bundle. All plans offer unlimited broadband with speeds between 500Mbps and 2,000Mbps.

How to switch to Virgin Media

Moving to a Virgin Media broadband bundle is simple. Just choose a plan and provide contact details, including your address and telephone number. You will also be asked who your current provider is, how you’d like your bills and whether you need equipment installed.

Once you’ve confirmed the switch, we’ll send you an email confirming the details of your order and Virgin Media will contact you to confirm a few more details.

How to cancel Virgin Media

If you want to switch providers or cancel any of your services with Virgin Media call 1908 and press the cancel option. Their lines are open 9-7pm Monday to Friday and 9-6pm on Saturday.

Bear in mind that you will be subject to a 30-day notice period and if you are within the minimum term for your contract you may be charged cancellation fees.

If you joined Virgin Media within the last 14 days, you can use their cooling off cancellation form and either fill it in online or download it and send by post.
