What's An Post Mobile roaming like?
When roaming in the EU & UK, you can ‘roam like at home’ and use calls, texts and data subject to An Post Mobile’s Fair Usage Policy. There are different EU roaming data limits depending on which plan you’re on.
Calls and texts to places outside the EU (except for the UK, for now) will be charged at a higher rate. You can find non-EU roaming fees and data limits on the An Post Mobile website.
How do I use An Post Mobile's Quick Top Up?
To quickly top up your phone using An Post’s Quick Top Up, go to the mobile section of the An Post website and choose Top Up Online.
Enter your mobile number and select ‘top up now’. If you are on a monthly plan (bundle) then top up by your usual plan amount and it will automatically apply your plan bundle.
Do An Post Mobile have a mobile app?
Unlike An Post Money, An Post Mobile doesn’t have an app, but you can register for an online account and login to set up recurring top ups, view your balance and call history, and track your spending.
