Sky launches Sky Entertainment TV pack, with Sky Box Sets, Sky HD and Sky Kids add-ons available from just €8 per month
The pack will allow you to choose the add-ons that are most important to you.
From today, Sky’s TV offering is undergoing some pretty significant changes. Gone are the Original TV bundle and Variety TV bundle, and in their place is the new Sky Entertainment TV pack.
This is Sky’s new basic TV package and it comes with a whopping 90 channels - more than ever before.
The pack includes:
- Sky Atlantic, with a new big screen drama every month;
- 40 Catch Up TV channels, so you can watch whenever you like;
- Documentaries on channels such as Discovery and National Geographic; and
- Music from MTV and VH1.
On top of this, Sky’s next generation TV box, Sky Q, will come as standard for anyone signing up to the Sky Entertainment TV pack.
This TV package costs just €24 per month for new customers, on a 12-month contract, going up to €37 per month after that. But the new offers don’t stop there…
Customise your TV plan with a range of add-ons from Sky
On top of the new Sky Entertainment TV pack, you’ll also be able to add any combination from a new range of add-ons in order to customise your TV bundle.
The add-ons are:
- Sky Box Sets, which comes with over 400 box sets, with new series and seasons being added each week;
- Sky Kids, which has 11 dedicated channels, just for the youngsters;
- Sky HD, which gives you access to over 40 channels in stunning HD.
These add-ons cost €8 a month each, on a 31-day contract, so you can add and remove them easily, depending on what works best for you.
You can also still add Sky Cinema and Sky Sports to your chosen TV bundle for the ultimate TV experience, and bundle your Sky TV with broadband and phone if you’d like all three services in one package.
Other new features from Sky
On top of this new pack, and the new add-ons, Sky has also recently announced that it will be adding Netflix to Sky Q from November, along with a new ‘Ultimate On-Demand’ subscription pack, which is great news for box-set bingers.
And music fans will be pleased to know that Sky has also launched integrated billing with Spotify Premium - and an offer for new and existing customers.
