Sky Stream is Sky’s latest TV innovation; a streaming device that lets you watch Sky TV, Netflix and your favourite apps on any TV, without a satellite dish or installation.
You’ll get Sky Entertainment and Netflix (Basic) included as standard, with optional add-ons for Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and more.

How does Sky Stream work?
Setup is simple, just plug the Sky Stream puck into any TV’s HDMI port, connect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and start streaming instantly.

- You don’t need Sky broadband to use Sky Stream: it works with any provider.
- But you will need a Sky TV subscription and a reliable internet connection.

Switching to Sky is quick and hassle-free.
How it works:
- Choose your Sky plan and provide your contact details and current provider.
- You’ll receive an email confirming your order.
- A Sky advisor will call to confirm availability at your address and finalise installation.
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind.
- Once your switch is complete, cancel any Direct Debits with your previous provider.
Before switching, check if you’re out of contract or if early exit fees apply.

I already have Sky TV - can I switch my broadband to Sky?
Yes. If you already have Sky TV, you can save by bundling with Sky fibre broadband, offering speeds up to 1 Gb. All Sky broadband plans come with unlimited data and the Sky Q Hub.
Can I get Sky TV without broadband?
Yes. You can choose a standalone Sky TV package without broadband. Mix and match channels like Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and Sky Kids to build your ideal TV plan.
Should I cancel Netflix if I get Sky Ultimate TV?
No. Sky Ultimate TV includes Netflix Basic as standard. If you already have a Netflix account, Sky can link it to your new plan so you only pay once.
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (HD, two devices) or Netflix Premium (Ultra HD, four devices) for a small fee.
Can I stream Sky TV without a contract?
Yes. With Sky Stream or Now TV you can watch Sky content on a flexible month-to-month basis.

Can I get Sky Broadband without line rental?
Yes, you can get full fibre broadband without a landline or a home phone plan. For part fibre plans, you will need a landline installed, but you won’t be charged if you don’t use it.
If you decide at a later date you want to use the landline, you may be able to add a Sky call plan like Sky Talk VoIP separately for an extra charge.
