In early September, Sky kicked off ‘switching season’ with a big discount on its triple-play deal.

The deal is active until 13 October - so if you do want to avail of it, you’ll need to do it soon.

Big discounts for new triple-play customers, and existing customers who upgrade

New customers can get Sky’s triple-play offering, Sky Original TV Bundle + Sky Fibre Unlimited & Talk Freetime for €55 per month for 12 months. The standard price for this bundle is €84.50 per month, so this represents a saving of over €350.

Meanwhile, existing Sky TV customers can add-on Sky Fibre Unlimited broadband and Talk Freetime for an additional €35 for 12 months. This represents a saving of €20 per month, or €240 over the course of the year on Sky’s normal price.

Sky Q included as standard

On top of these discounts, Sky announced earlier this week that Sky TV bundles now include the Sky Q 1TB box at no extra cost for new customers, while existing customers can get Sky Q without changing their TV Bundle, simply by getting a new Sky Q 1TB or 2TB box.

Sky Q has additional features like:

  • Fluid Viewing, which allows you to watch recordings around your home, pause in one room, carry on in another;
  • Up to 150 hours with 1TB storage on the Sky Q box; and
  • Sky Q Hub, which turns Sky Q boxes into Wi-Fi hotspots.

In terms of install costs for Sky Q, these will vary from €20 - €179 depending on which box and package you choose.

Limited-time offer

This offer puts Sky amongst the lowest-priced triple-play deals in the market when you take into account the annual cost.

So, if you’re looking for a new deal - or are a Sky TV customer looking to add-on broadband and phone - it’s definitely worth taking the time to look at these deals before they’re gone.

These discounts are available until 13 October. Take a closer look now.
